Group Interval & Functional Training

Our group training sessions are held outdoors at the Rietondale Community Park. Every workout promises to be super-effective, high energy and fun-filled. We pride ourselves in the fact that every single class/workout has a different set up, using a variety of exercises, with different training routines. We combine strength based compound exercises with cardio based functional movements fused with interval training. This approach makes our classes very effective and a sure technique to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Our classes are small and intimate to create a friendly environment amongst our members but also to ensure each individual gets all the necessary attention to avoid injuries and teach correct form.

No member will be left behind or expected to complete more than they are able to but you will never leave unchallenged! All ladies and men are welcome to join.

Our training days are:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays  5:15 – 6:00  (Giving you just enough time to be on time for work or the school run)
