Not everyone has the time or energy to get to the gym and some of us are not completely comfortable in a public gym set-up. You might need a group set-up to keep you motivated, or sometimes training at home is what some of us need to stay focused. You might be running your first marathon and don’t know where to start – you need goals, aligned strength and accountability for this and it’s all super overwhelming.
That’s where Fit-Start comes in. We are here to focus 100% on you and your goals.

The goal of the fitness Instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist at Fit-Start is to make sessions enjoyable, educational, productive and effective for participants and clients. We provide a personal training approach which brings the same into a personal plan for a fit lifestyle based on an individual’s real life outside the classes, gym, Aqua or @Home programs.
